Meet the curators of Enigma, newly launched statement jewellery in Delhi | Inspirations from Cartier, Bvlagri

In Conversation with Isha and Pranav Sahni conceptualisers and owners of Ambrosia Jewels who talk to us on their launch of new brand Enigma and their favourite picks on jewels.

 

WT: Ambrosia showcases the kind of jewellery?

I+P: We cater to all. However, we specialise in bridal & contemporary.

 

WT: What statement jewellery is Enigma and why the name Enigma?

I+P: Enigma’s literal meaning is ” mysterious” or “Delphian”. For every wearer it has their own meaning and different outlook. We have used lot of cluster setting (Baguettes ) as for some it’s an impression of solitaires. For others, it’s Baguettes or clusters!!

 

WT: The price tag  for the range you offer? 

I+P: The price range starts from INR 3500 for we want to embellish everyone!!

 

WT: Your operations are set across which cities?

I+P: New Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, New York, Hongkong , Milan

 

WT: Do you have in-house designer? 

I+P: We have a team of in house designers and each piece is manufactured under the supervision of professionals . We personally conceptualise our series.

 

WT: How do you define an ideal jewellery?

I+P: An ideal piece is which turns others head for the second glance.

 

WT: What kind of jewellery you suggest as a “forever” and one must have?

I+P: “Diamonds are forever” and so are “Solitaries”.

 

WT: Where do you get inspirations on designing jewellery?

I+P: After every four month a new series is launched. We travel a lot & we take inspirations from different things like Monuments, Cities, And also from Brands like Cartier, Bvlgari, Henry Winston etc..

 

WT: About Ambrosia Jewels !

I+P: As the Ambrosias name suggest ” holy water”. Our each piece is pious as it’s made with intensive techniques under a trained body. And it’s made to serve generations. We understand how imp r moments.. So to preserve moments we create special pieces.
